Because all District Judges for the Middle District of Tennessee recused themselves in this lawsuit, a Judge from outside the Middle District of Tennessee was designated to hear this case by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Chief Judge Jeffery S. Sutton of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has designated United States District Judge Patricia A. Gaughan from the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, to preside over this case in Nashville.
